The pillows and bed are one of the most comfortable hotel ones that we have slept on. So much so we want to return again! Can the hotel share what brand pillows and mattress with me please? Check-in was quick and staff was helpful and professional. Room was clean and did I mention comfortable? We had a king size bed for 2A1C (4 y.o) and it was a bit of a squeeze, maybe we will take the twin next time. Bathroom was not the most spacious but functional. Breakfast not the best but had some variety. Housekeeping is very helpful. Hotel slippers were the thinnest and saddest ones we seen. Would be nice if they could provide better ones. True to the other reviews, carpark was very tiny and the ramp entrances were very squeezy. Will test your driving and gauging skills. It was RM11 per day and we had to validate first with the front desk. The front desk also required a rm100 deposit which is still a pending charge on my credit card. Location-wise, it is a 5min walk to Pavillion and all that Bkt Bintang action. All said and done, we had a marvelous stay! Thank you, Dorsett KL!

Very centrally-located, I mean it is literally a 2 minutes walk away to Pavilion. Stayed for five days with my family, a group of 8 (includes elderly and children). Prior to my stay, I requested specifically the preferred bed type of each room and that we want all rooms to be in same floor, I can confirm that Dorsett satisfies our needs and all our requests are being attended. I also want to appreciate the housekeeping who consistently cleans out all our rooms everyday, eventhough some days we went out from our room a bit late (>12 PM), thank you so much for that. In regards to breakfast, the main menu changes everyday and I think they want to ensure us to not get bored with the offered breakfast. Kudos to the restaurant team! If I can spot anything wrong, it might be the carpet in hallway & room that looks very outdated and in need of refurbishing. Other than that it is a spotless stay at Dorsett KL!

Great view...Good service..when reach Bell boy come oner fast ..polite Check in also very fast.. the sales director also in the counter ensure we all check in tip top in order. They also guide us nice food and shopping mall I choose Dorsett for my company event tonight, my guest satisfied with food.. Good service...very helpful...such a nice management team
